Katz Media Offers $3.6 million to Negotiate with Interep Clients

A filing today by Kenneth Silverman, trustee in Interep’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy, asks the bankruptcy court to allow Interep to accept a cash payment of $3.64 million from Katz Media in exchange for the right to negotiate with Interep’s clients. SilvermanAcampora Retained As Conflict Counsel In Value City Stores

In November 2008, the Firm was retained as conflicts counsel to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Value City Stores which are pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
