Adam L. Rosen is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group and the Corporate Restructuring Group. Mr. Rosen represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases, as well as out-of-court work-outs. For over twenty years, Mr. Rosen has focused his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and related litigation. Mr. Rosen is a member of the Register of Mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Delaware. A published author and frequent lecturer for continuing legal education and other programs on a variety of bankruptcy-related topics, Mr. Rosen is a contributing author for the Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide and is a member of the Board of Contributors to the Bankruptcy Strategist. Mr. Rosen is a past member of the Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Association for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Mr. Rosen is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the St. John’s University School of Law in its Bankruptcy LL.M. Program. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the City Parks Foundation, and dedicates his time as an active fundraiser for Children’s Cause for Cancer Advocacy.
Mr. Rosen has been awarded an AV Rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.
