Stop Sexual Harassment In Your Workplace…It’s The Law

As of October 9, 2018, New York State requires all businesses to develop and distribute a written anti-harassment policy, post a notice, & create and distribute a complaint form immediately. In addition, the final regulations require that new employees be trained “as quickly as possible”.

New York State employers have been given a modest reprieve regarding compliance with the training requirements of the law, as the deadline has been moved back to October 9, 2019.
